Please note that before returning a product for a service or repair you must first contact us by telephone or email so that we expect your return.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for units sent to us for repairs, modifications, the Active 10 General Service or the World Base Map Upgrade Service. If you need your unit any faster, please contact us.
