If you have any problems with a Satmap products, please contact us (using the contact details per country) and we will advise you on the next steps. Please note that before returning a product for a service or repair you must first contact us by telephone or email. If you are advised to return Satmap products to us for any reason, then please fill out this returns form and enclose it with the returned product (using the contact details per country).
Please allow up to 4 weeks for us to turnaround any units sent to us for repairs, modifications, the Active 10 General Service or the World Base Map Upgrade Service. If you need your unit any faster, please contact us.
